Barron's Touts Managed Closed End Funds
Closed-end funds are in the bargain bin. From municipal bonds to taxable debt and stocks, more than 90% of all closed-end funds trade at discounts to their net asset values. There are at least eight reasonable explanations for recent Municipal Bond price weakness --- there are at least eight excellent reasons why investors should be viewing this weakness as a buying opportunity. Lower prices and higher yields are good news for income investors!
